ACL TOP analyzers by Instrumentation Laboratory, USA, are used for coagulation system studies. The device performs clotting (Activated Partial Tromboplastin Time, Prothrombin by Quick + INR, Thrombin time, lupus anticoagulant), chromogenic (fibrinogen, antithrombin III, protein C) and immunolatex tests (D-dimmer, free protein S).
Study process is standardized by maintaining constant temperature in reagents and samples compartments and precise dosage of tested plasma and reagents.
Software makes calibrations in automatic mode and analyses calibration and reaction charts, offering convenient and quick access to study results.
Devices are integrated into Laboratory Data System (LDS), allowing to request the task for a sample as it is loaded and send results back to LDS as studies progress.
Device will hold 120 studied samples at once.
Study speed, e.g. for Prothrombin by Quick + INR, is up to 300 samples per hour.
