The company contributes to healthcare system development in the countries of operation. Being the largest private medical company in Russia, INVITRO aims to make laboratory services easily accessible by developing a network of next-door medical centers and maintaining a unified high-quality level of medical services.

The company provides jobs for medical personnel; every year this figure grows by about 700. The company participates in charity projects.

Industry Responsibility

INVITRO contributes towards forming the highest standards of laboratory industry through educational programs for medical practitioners and support programs for young scientists and students.

INVITRO stays in close contact with the medical society through regular participation in educational and discussion panels. INVITRO holds over a hundred conferences for medical practitioners in all countries of operation. The largest was the annual conference Future of Medicine. Routing for Innovation in 2017 and annual international Nurses Summit with over 2000 nurses participating.
We consider it our duty to work continuously on improving medical aid quality and service level.

Since 2005 INVITRO publishes medical handbook "INVITRO. Laboratory Diagnostics." The handbook carries a detailed description of laboratory analyses.

INVITRO has developed an environmental management system. We strive to conduct our activities in such a fashion as to minimize the negative impact of our production processes on the environment, we comply with legal norms and employ appropriate technological solutions. We guarantee safety for the environment and personnel on every stage of utilization. Ergonomics of working sites, labor protection, and safety conditions meet global standards; all working processes are regulated by the company’s SOPs.

INVITRO always pays close attention to compliance with effective legislation requirements as regards extraction, transportation, storage, and utilization of biological materials, as well as storage of patients’ personal data. In practice, it means that INVITRO undertakes a series of measures in biological and informational safety in addition to just complying to legislation. These measures provide full control over the entire chain of biological materials processing, from extraction to utilization, as well as control of secure storage and access to personal data.

Prophylactic measures and healthy lifestyle propaganda constitute an important part of the activities of any medical organization. We inform people of the important role every person plays in the preservation of one’s own health. We popularize Regular Check-Up programs and make special offers for diagnostics of chronic infectious diseases. This allows many patients of INVITRO to tune into a healthy lifestyle and decrease the risks of deadly diseases in the future.

Taking into account the rise in infectious diseases and lower effect of antibacterial therapy we develop special programs and products in the detection and treatment of infectious diseases and inform the population of potential threats.
